In 2017, Fazlul Haseeb was selected for the prestigious Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellowship (PMRDF) program. As part of the program, he worked in the Naxal-affected areas of Jharkhand, where he helped to implement various rural development schemes and to improve the quality of life of the local population. His work was recognized by the central government, and he was awarded the PMRDF excellence award for his contributions.

Fazlul Haseeb has also served as a Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. During his tenure, he played a key role in formulating and implementing various rural development schemes and policies, including the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (PMAY) and the Deendayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).
