Adamolekun carefully examines the daily flash reports, which provide details on restaurant operating performance, and takes note of any observations or questions to discuss with the Chief Operating Officer later in the morning.
Adamolekun’s educational background further complements his impressive career achievements. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University, where he was a member of the Ivy League champion Brown Football team and served as the President of the Brown Investment Group. He later pursued a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he held the position of Portfolio Manager for the HBS Investment Club.
