During her time at Kupanda Capital, Rima Tahini interned and eventually became a Senior Adviser. Kupanda Capital is a private equity investment firm focused on supporting and scaling African businesses. Her role at Kupanda Capital enabled her to contribute to the growth of various enterprises across the continent.

Currently, as the Director of Artist and Repertoire (A&R) at Mavin Global, Rima plays a pivotal role in discovering and nurturing musical talents. A&R professionals like Rima are responsible for identifying promising artists, managing their careers, and overseeing the creative process.
