Adewale “Wally” Adeyemo is a distinguished Nigerian-American government official who has made significant contributions to the field of economics and international relations. He then pursued a bachelor’s degree in arts from the University of California, Berkeley, which he obtained in 2004. He started as a law clerk for Judge Robert M. Parker on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Following this, he joined the prominent law firm Clifford Chance LLP, where he gained experience in mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions.
In 2013, Adeyemo’s impressive skills and dedication caught the attention of the Obama administration, and he was appointed as a special assistant to the president and deputy director of the National Economic Council.
